ActFax User Upgrade

If the user limit of your ActFax license is no longer sufficient to give all users access to ActFax, the number of users of the ActFax license can be increased.
The upgrade of the user limit of an ActFax license can be done at any time, regardless of when the license was originally purchased. The user limit is always increased to one of the next larger license types. For example, if you currently own a 10 user license, this license can be extended to 20, 50 or unlimited users.
The price of the user upgrade is calculated based on the difference between the new license and the existing license plus 10 percent. If you are planning to increase the number of users as well as purchasing an update package for your license, you should place the order for the update package first, as the price for the update package for a smaller number of users is more cost-efficient.
